"Basilette" is a 10mos+ spayed, female Jindo mix who is currently boarding at and enrolled in Foundation Training at Elite. Basilette is a very high energy young dog who loves to play with people and other dogs. She is obedience trained and will do great in a home with an owner who will be consistent in maintaining her training. Since she is under a year, she will still need time to mature and will only be adopted into an adult household with teenagers 16 years and older.

"Ariez" is a 1+ year old neutered, male Boxer mix who is currently boarding at and enrolled in Foundation training at Elite. Ariez is a very athletic and energetic dog who needs alot of daily exercise and stimulation. He would do great with an active person or couple who can give him his much needed one on one attention. Ariez prefers people to dogs but may make a few dog friends along the way. Due to his physical strength and energy he would not go into a home with children under 16 years.

"Lucy" is a 2+ year old spayed, female Rottweiler who is currently boarding at Elite. Lucy needs an extra caring home as she suffers from double hip dysplasia, and has recently undergone two knee surgeries. Lucy is still recovering slowly and walks with a bit of a limp. She deserves someone who will be patient with her and committed to her with all necessary future care in a lifelong home.

Katie has some touch sensitivities and would do very well in a home with Chow experience or understanding, and with kids 16 and older. "Pia" is a 5 year old altered female who belongs to Bull Dog Rescue. She is currently boarding at Elite's Center. Pia has some sensitivity to her back and rear areas due to a medical condition. She loves to take long walks and is very energetic outside. She is excited and friendly when meeting people and then she becomes interested in relaxing. Pia would be a great dog for a single adult or couple who have time to take her for walks. She is all right with dogs that are non threatening. She loves to eat and drink. "Oscar" is a 6 year old neutered, male English Bull Dog. He was rescued from a NYC Shelter by a good hearted rescue organization member. Oscar is currently residing at Elite's Center where he is receiving Foundation training. He is a very sweet and happy dog that likes people and other dogs. Oscar will thrive in a home with children 12 years and older.

"Candy" is a 2 1/2 year old Female Shepherd mix. She is a Little Shelter dog and currently resides at Elite's Center. Candy has a unknown past that has caused her to be distrustful of most people that she meets. Candy is a one-person dog that very much needs to find her perfect match. While at Elite, we continue to help Candy overcome her fears and develop her confidence. She needs an adopter who is a dominant leader and has had previous experience with dogs or trained dogs in the past.

"Tootsie" is a 2+year-old female Chocolate Lab mix. She was rescued by The Buddy Project from the Town of Hempstead Shelter. Tootsie has a wonderful, sweet, loving personality and loves to play and run. She is a high energy dog and can play ball all day long. She is good with some dogs and children over 10 years of age.

"Bentley" is a handsome, strong 1+ year-old neutered, male Lab/Terrier mix. He was rescued by Elite from a local town shelter. Bentley is very friendly and loves to be around people. He gets along with some dogs and does well with children, over 14 years old. Bentley has learned basic obedience as well through out Foundation training. "Ming" is a healthy and handsome, 6 year old neutered male. He is mostly black with a little white hair, which makes him look quite debonair! Ming is fully vaccinated and is easygoing, including with his choice of foods. He is a Labrador mix, is pretty smart, very gentle with people and loves other dogs.

Jake is adorable, fun-loving boy, He's approximately 4 years old, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, housebroken, knows commands and loves people. Jake was found wandering the LIE service road in Queens, When called over, he immediately jumped into the front seat of the car waiting for a ride. As we continued to find Jake's owner, he managed to locate some dog toys in the back of the car, displaying his playful, fun-loving qualities. Jake is smart and loyal -- he's truly " a man's best friend".
