No Minimum Order
At Elite Pet Supplies we understand there are times when you
need to place a small order. Therefore, we have no minimum order
and no additional handling charge for small orders.
Preferred Method of Payment:
VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or MONEY ORDER
If you are paying by check, we reserve the right to ship the
merchandise after the check clears. Certified checks, money
orders or credit cards will insure immediate delivery of your
order. We do not ship C.O.D.
Countries Outside the U.S.
We do not ship outside the U.S.
Sizes and Colors
So that we may better serve your needs, please indicate size
and color when applicable.
Shipping and Handling
Certain item may require special shipping due to size or weight.
Overweight/Oversize packages will be charged by exact weight
per going rates from UPS or th U.S. Postal Service. Additional
shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii.
Out of Stock Items
Although we are careful not to run out of stock on any of our
merchandise, it happens occasionally due to manufacturers inventories,
especially seasonally. When placing your order, be sure to include
a daytime phone number so we may reach you for another selection
or to let you know when you can expect to receive an out of
stock item.
Return Policy
All returns must be pre-authorized by Elite Pet Supplies before
returning. If you’re not satisfied with anything you order
from us, send it back within 3 days in brand new condition in
original packaging with tags attached, and we’ll promptly
exchange the merchandise or refund your payment. Return postage
for defective items will be reimbursed to a maximum of $5.00.
If package is received damaged, refuse delivery and call us
at 631-277-1219. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns
on special orders, books, or videos. A restocking fee may be
charged on returned items.
